However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- It must be in the same condition that you received it.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order number) must be provided.
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, certain products such as skincare, cosmetics, and personal care items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
- In the case of prepaid orders, refunds will be made to the same payment method. For COD orders, we will initiate a bank transfer once return verification is complete.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our support team with photo evidence within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send an email to support@lilsyprofessional.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To initiate a return, please contact us first. We will guide you through the process and provide the appropriate return address.
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or before the item is dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In case of prepaid orders, refunds for cancelled items will be issued to your original payment method.
